This is the first in a new series of books that will be part of the RESOURCES FOR EFFECTIVE PREACHING series. As the title suggests, the central objective of this series is to provide our preachers with the tools that will enable them to effectively present the Word of God to the people of the 21st century. Since the Bible is the foundation of Christian preaching, it is essential that the Bible expositor knows the basic tools for correctly interpreting the Scriptures, as this is the first step in effective preaching.
