“A woman who fears the Lord is to be praised,” says the book of Proverbs. As women, we have the responsibility to love and serve God from the place we have been called to do so. The roadmap to success in this task will be marked by the fear we have of God. As you can imagine, I am not referring to “terror,” but to the loving fear that comes from loving and honoring God through our lives, our example, and our testimony.

Then you will see that “her children will rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he will praise her.” Before the world, we can pretend to be something we are not, but before our husbands and children, we cannot maintain a lie. If our lives are crystal clear and transparent, they will become a mirror in which our family can see themselves and find in us the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
