DESCRIPCIÓN
The generating or shaping factors of neo-Protestant architecture have particular values in a predominantly Orthodox Romania, still in transition from the austerity of proletarian life to capitalist prosperity, from the nationalism implemented in communist schools to the individualism typical of Western liberalism, from underground spirituality to religious plurality, from atheism to secularization - but also going through a period of religious revival enviable by the rest of European countries. Only at the confluence of these elements with strong specificity can the neo-Protestant architecture in Romania be correctly analyzed.
Analysis perspectives:- Historical – placing the neo-Protestant phenomenon in its historical, social and cultural context being fundamental.
- Hermeneutics – necessary in approaching the theological concepts involved, which must be analyzed comparatively, in relation to the various Christian theological traditions.
- Phenomenological – which involves searching for the essence of the phenomenon, understanding the religious fact that influences neo-Protestant religious architecture.
