We live in an increasingly violent world; all areas of human activity are corroded by the virus of violence. Schools are not exempt from this universal phenomenon; they are being attacked by bullying and other forms of hostility suffered by students, teachers, and parents. Reconciliation presents models, strategies, and intervention techniques to resolve interpersonal conflicts and promote forgiveness and reconciliation from a Christian worldview, achieving enriching experiences that allow us to overcome anger and confrontations in order to strengthen bonds and friendship.
