The book could rightly be called an encyclopedia of Christian ministry, for it manages to encompass the vast field of missionary work with all its branches: literature, family, education, medical work, etc. The appeals for a higher spiritual life are interwoven with fundamental principles of work, but also with methods and practical advice, essential for the success of all Christians, both laymen and ministers. Once again we arrive at the conviction that the Christian life is either a life of spiritual ministry, or it does not exist in reality.
